c) It should further include
- Marriage is not a matter of legal concern. Its personal or maximum social. There fore first make all dispute civil.
- Divorce cases need to be finished in time bound. In case court fail doing so divorce assumed to be granted. And all litigation related to marriage must be stopped.
- Adoption must be allowed to one, without consent of other partner in case of dispute. And adoption should be gender neutral.
- Shared parenting should be only option & default without litigation.
- Maintenance should be gender neutral and should be allowed only if one partner is not able to take care of himself.
