    Yes 3 Idiots a good movie ... not just a time pass but give a message too. Personally I feel everyone should watch at-least once. It tell us about education system and where it fail. Yes we need revolution in education but I am not concern about education system, my concern is about one single point which people wont see or if they see they choose to ignore.

    I have seen the movie a couple of times including last night. Even i slept late to watch the movie, I really like it.

    What I like is not Aamir khan but director of imperial college. He is a kind of bad men in gray shades !!

    What i observe is he is not a bad men but motivated toward a specific goal even so motivated that he think all other are wrong. But what I wanted to say is he change himself .. .. . Yes he change himself when he SUFFER. He could change anytime because he was capable to accept the change but he change when he suffer. When he know his OWN SON committed suicide when HIS OWN DAUGHTER don't get proper medical attention because of natural reasons. He choose to change after suffering only.

    In short the movie also teach us about the conditions when a men or human can change himself or can change the way he think when he himself or his near dear suffer.

    The same happen with me. I can remember, just 6 year back a simple news about rape or dowry was enough for me to declare men guilty, enough without knowing the truth. But I changed once get suffered. Almost everyone (not all but almost) face the situation, then only choose to change.

    What should we do ?

    Can we change Mr. X by our arguments ?

    May be but more chances are Mr. X will change when he suffer himself.

    For the best of Men & Men'sRight or just greater good

    MAY GOD BLESS EVERY MEN WITH FAKE CASE of RAPE OR DOWRY.

WHY MEN'S HUB

    Men's HUB is one of the magazine which we (couple of volunteers) are planing to launch. It is our good luck that finally, it is coming on 1 Jan 2016. The effort is independent effort by volunteers, which get support by few other NGO including DAMAN.

    The previous launch date International Men's Day 19 Nov 2015 was postponed because of some misshaping. Still the continuous effort by volunteers make it possible to fix the date of 1 Jan 2016, rest hope for the best.

    Question is why we need MEN'S HUB ?

    I can't tell others but what i think is, MEN'S HUB is not for professional writers, its 'my voice' a common men's voice. As a common men i find it difficult to get space in leading media or news paper or magazine because I am not professional, because I can't write what a professional can write. But What i feel about day to day life is unique, and we try to give that feeling a word with Men's HUB.

    Although we will publish anything by a non-professional writer, even if someone wanted to say thank you to someone , we will consider that too. Still here are the few areas we will focus.

1.  Men's Issue
2.  Problem a Men Face is daily life
3.  Any story, article, kavita having message.
4.  Any artifact, capture, cartoon, .. .... with some message.
5.   True inspirational stories from daily life.
6.   True feelings
7.  
8.  
9.  etc.

    Issue 001 is ready to publish, still if anyone wish to give material they are most welcome, we will consider in Issue 001, if not possible we will consider for Issue 002.

    How to submit ?

    Right now we receive articles on email id MHUB@DAMAN4MEN.IN in future we will open portal for receiving articles.

फेमिली ब्रेकिंग एंड MensRight

तक़रीबन 1 महीने से सब कुछ डिस्टर्ब चल रहा है । पहले एक साथी हमेशा के लिए चले गए उसके बाद वक़्त की कमी के चलते ज्यादा सक्रिय नहीं रह पाया । आज वक़्त मिला तो सोशल मीडिया पर काफी वक़्त बिताया ।

काफी तलाश कारने के बाद मजबूरन इस नतीजे पर पहुच पा  रहा हूँ की ज्यादातर लोगो की लड़ाई अन्याय के खिलाफ न होकर फॅमिली ब्रेकिंग पर फोकस हो गयी है ।

कारन बहुत हो सकते है पर सैयद ऐसा कोई भी कारन नहीं हो सकता जो फेमिली को बचाना इतना जरूरी हो गया की अपने अधिकार को ही छोड़ दिया जाये । क्यों न एक बार यह स्वीकार किया जाये की फॅमिली को बचाना मेरा सिर्फ मेरा काम नहीं है फॅमिली सिस्टम को ब्रेक होने दिया जाये एंड अपने खुद के अधिकारों के लिए लड़ा जाये ।

या तो मेरे पास वह दिमाग नहीं जो इस घपलेबाजी को समाज पाये या सैयद अधिकांश लोगों के लिए  अपने अधिकार के महत्व को समजना अभी बाकि है ।

TRAFFIC UNCONTROLLED

    Today most of Delhi Citizens may or may not be thinking if the vote for the right Govt ? But the question has no meaning because they elect the Govt and they have to stay with it for the remaining period.

    Well I am not in Delhi so may not be in trouble but most of my friends are.

    Trouble is how they will reach to their workplace on alternate days ?

    I am not worrying about those people earning well, they can have two cars, but I am sure Govt is elected by those people who belong to middle class, and one care is their life time dream. Purchasing two car a horrible dream for many.

    I accept the solution given by Govt but there are few questions :

1.  How friends will reach at work place on alternate days.
2.  Can metro or bus service can handle the rush, when there is no car on road ?
3.  What if friend lost his private job because he can't reach office on time ?
4.  How Arvind Kejriwal & Leaders will go to CM Office on alternate days ?
5.  Why I would purchase car when more then 15 days I have to keep locked ?
6.  What will happen with Auto Business in Delhi ?
7.  What will happen to Banking when there is no scope for Car Loan ?
8.  What will happen to thousands of Showrooms & workers ?
9.

    Personally I feel the decision by Delhi Govt  may not change anything soon but in long term it going to destroy the business as well as employment.

I Don’t Fight to Protect

I Don’t Fight to Protect

Just 3 year ago I met an unknown person, he came to me with his problem. For around 1 year he was active enough. With time he came out of the mesh and got a stable life.

Where is he now ?

I don't even know.

Sunday, A Nice day to rest. As usual I was trying to sleep. Suddenly I get disturbed by ping-ping. It was just #WhatsAPP message, which I choose to ignore.

    After a couple of hours, I read the message, just Hi from an old friend. Old but not forgotten, yes we meet rarely now, but still live in memories. After a casual hi hello and other formalities, he directly came to the point.

    Around one year back he sent one marriage proposal of well educated and working women. Good enough. That time I just ignored it, and didn't even reply back. No I am not saying I didn't reply back, I am saying I didn't reply to anything about the proposal. I choose the best way (mute) to answer.

    Probably he didn't understand the language of silence and asking again. This time I choose to say NO loud enough. Hope the situation won't be back again.

    Well my point is not about marriage proposals or yes or no, but I didn't understand : she is a well educated and working woman, why is she still unmarried even after one year. Why didn't she get married with an unemployed man or maybe a less earning man, there are lakhs of good men (by nature men are good, except a few like me). Sorry again entering the wrong cabin, where I am not allowed. It is #HerChoice to get married with earning men (may be rich enough, who can pay her). No comment on #HerChoice or #HerVoice.

    But I just wanted to indicate the wording by which my friend tried to convince me. looks like we are just born to marry & kids. A role of #Protector.

    I am just losing track, just like almost everyone. Today I can see a lot of brothers fighting for justice, calling themselves MRA. Good to see them, read them, and meet them. But I never understand why they always talk about Family Protection (not all but most). I can see them discussing why the family system in India is broken, interestingly they find the answer in well established reasons like TV Serials, Films, Mobiles etc.

    No I am not against them, but I never understand how family protection is related to #MensRight ? Oh yes family is centre of Indian Society, but if Family can protect #MensRight, Indian History would not rise on Dead bodies of men. Looks like Men's Rights Movement in India is turning into #ProtectFamily Movement. May be people joining #MensRight movement are not getting proper education and they are confused between #SaveFamily & #MensRight. Their ultimate aim is turned into #SaveFamily.

    They are playing the role of #Protector. Looks like they #Born to protect, just to protect, not to live like #Men. Once these people come out of mesh, they get a stable life/family, their aim is over and we won't see them again.

    I just wanted to say these people. Excuse me, I don't fight for family protection. Family is nothing but a tool to  harass men. I wanted to live like Men and for that I need My Rights back.

I AM INTOLERANT

    Today almost every intelligent or so called intellectual person trying to say India is no more tolerant. A few showing their anger by returning awards, others giving statements. Almost everyone trying to do something in one or other way.

    So I thought I also should say something.

    Then suddenly I thought, how I can, specially when I am also not tolerant person.

    Yes you read correct I am not tolerant.

    Our Prime Minister, a big and famous men not ready to accept the intolerant behaviour, but I am accepting I am not tolerant. How dare ...

    Can we find one person who appreciate my truth ? I am sure none.

    But the question rise why I am not tolerant. Let me explain.

    From past 6 year Indian Govt, Indian Society, Indian Judiciary, Judge, Police, even a common men like Arvind Kejriwal again and again try to tell me, there is no right for me as a men. I should not fight, I should surrender, and do what they are doing from 100 years. They want me to follow feminists as they are doing, without thinking about MEN.

    But I am not listening, I am fighting, Demanding my rights again and again and again. Its just my intolerance that, I am creating disturbance in well settled life of a men as a KOLHU KA BAIL (कोल्हू का बैल). Luckily I am not alone, many of my brother already with me.

    Yes a few brothers are with me. But I just wanted to know every 8 Minute a men dying why no writer, no actor, no politician, no judge returning their award ? Why no statement to stop these murders ?

POISON : A REAL STORY

    Here I am writing what I saw and what I observed in my life during last 6 year. No I am not talking about my own life, but I want to write about a men or more correctly a men without own wisdom.

    I belong to a family where I get responsibility only after Father's Death. Father was having a piece of agriculture land, which belong to mother now. Usually I visit the land with father. There was a family who took care of daily cores at land, I am writing about son of the family.

    The family had a beautiful and happy life, which I would prefer to replace with mine if possible. Unfortunately time or god don't allow us.

    The Family i am talking about has two son, one was married when i first meet them. The other son was unmarried, charming, living in village but working in city. In short very hansom and healthy boy with black glasses always.

    In couple of year he got married, very next year they got separated  from joint family. Reason as I came to know his wife don't allow him to stay in joint family. At the time of separation he get his share from agriculture land, house etc. Personally i feel he get more then enough for a decent life.

    Just last week (after 2 year) I went to meet the family, There i meet the young & handsome boy ... . .. oh sorry young but no-more handsome. In just 2 year he lost his entire health. Now he is nothing but a week young men. The young & Healthy men with black glasses now lost somewhere.

    I am forced to think finally what he achieved by getting marriage. Why did he separated out from joint family ? Who forced him to separate out ?

    Unfortunately I know the source of poison, still I can't speak.

REMINDER

    Six year back one night suddenly I lost my father. Yes it was sudden & unexpected. What i learn was we have a short time to do something useful. I tried to do what i think may be useful. I learn how to live, i learn how to fight when in disaster.

    Just last week suddenly we lost Manuj. Again it was unexpected & sudden. Couple of days back when manuj told he is coming to India & we will celebrate IMD at grand scale, it was just a reminder for me to start preparing and we did what we could.

    His sudden death again give me a reminder that life is short, just LIVE it.

RIP MANUJ GUPTA

    It is heart breaking that Great MRA & Founder DAMAN Welfare Society, Manuj Gupta left us just before the International Men's Day 2015.

    The loss is non--recoverable. I salute to his luck because he died for the same reason he lived. His life was dedicated for Men's Right and his last journey was also for the greatest cause of Men's Right (International Men's Day Celebration in kurukshetra, Haryana).

    A part of my life is taken back.

TENSION KA OVERDOZE

A true conversation between me and mother. True but noone really ready to understand that I have my own life to live.

Mother has a plot near residential house. Ocationally i visit to check if everything is fine. Last evening also visited the society and obseeved that a number of new houses are under construction. When i came back told the same.

G : A lot of new buildings coming up near to the plot.

M : Yes i was telling soon it will be a nice place to live. We will also build soon.

G : It may take 10 year or more before one can live there.

M : Does not matter our plot is big enough to build a kothi (a big and fancy house).

G : Don't think too much about plot or property noone can take it with him.

M : I am thinking about you.

G : I can think myself about me.

M : I am your mother ... .. I have to ...

G : I am big enough to take care of myself. You just enjoy your life. Live it as you like.

M : Grr ... ... (evening)

M : Grr ... ...

M : Grr ... ...

M : Grr ... ...

M : Grr ... ...

M : Grr ... ... (morning)

Its more then 12 hour still relation are tensed ... ... no hope to be normal soon.

Looks like i have to live as others like not as I like. Don't know when others will understand I have my own life to live I am not slave. Personally i came out of nest and no scope of going back. Tension continue ... ... continue ... continue ... .. and one day goodbye forever.

मुश्किल है रावण हो जाना

    कल दशहरे का पर्व पुरे हिंदुस्तान मैं मनाया गया । अच्छा लगा परंतु पता नहीं क्यों बहुत लोगों के मेसेज आये की 'आज मुश्किल है रावण हो जाना'

    सहमत हूँ की रावण महान व्यक्तित्व का स्वामी था । सम्भवतया उसके कुछ कृत्य सीमाओं का उलंघन करते हो परंतु उसने ऐसा कोई काम नहीं किया जो मानवता का सर शर्म से झुका दे ।

    आश्चर्य इस बात पर ज्यादा हुआ की आ ज एक साधारण हिंदुस्तानी रावण को बुरा व्यक्ति मानता है तथा सवयं को रावण से भी निचे मानता है ।

    शायद इसका कारन वह सवयं नहीं बल्कि समाज तथा कानून द्वारा हर रोज उसे बुरा कहे जाने की वजह से हुई गलानी है ।  अनयथा हर रोज एक हिंदुस्तानी देश परिवार एंड समाज के लिए कुछ लाभदायक करता हुआ दीखता है ।

• सरहद पर जो मरा जाता है 
• सड़क पर आंदोलन कर रहा है
• परिवार के लिए रिक्शा चला रहा है
• बच्चों के लिए खून पसीना भ रहा है

    फिर भी खुद को रावण से भी बुरा मानता है क्यों ? यदि वक़्त रहते समाज एंड काननों ने खुद को नहीं बदला तो सैयद यह राम जो हर घर मैं है खिन खो जायेगा हमेशा हमेशा के लिए ।

GHOST ACTIVITY

    A normal men/women in India believe in ghosts, does not matter if he/she dare to accept. A few may not but most of us deep inside either accept the existence of ghost or at-least they don't deny blankly.

    Not even in India but the entire world accept the existence of super-natural power in one or other form. Accepting the existence of super natural and facing are two different phenomenon. We can discuss or watch a late night TV show freely, but when a ghost come face to face, most will run away or at-least they find it horrifying.

    I am not sure what I will do or what I can do when a ghost come face to face. But Hope the fog may clear very soon. I am far far away from Home, and adopted a routine of calling home 2 time a day sharp 7.30 AM & 6.30 PM. Last night call was normal, but today morning when I called i get the news that 'there is a ghost in our house'.

    Thrilling ... Its a small incident just a small ... . . during night hours around 12 or 12.30 two people (mother & one lady staying with mother) witnessed the knock on a door which was a closed room and locked from outside. The room is used as store room. Both ladies thought may be during day time a thief locked inside so the room was opened and searched in presence of two neighbours. Nothing found but as soon as the room locked there was another knock, this time four witnesses. The same happened 4 or may be 5 times during night hours. Not sure what it was but sometime big incident get small and simple explanations.

    One may try to explain the incident by wind power. The room is closed without window, only a small hole which open inside another room. In short no chance of wind.

    One may try to explain by a small animal like cat or mouse. Mouse may be a good explanation but a door knock by mouse, may be a wild explanation. Yes a cat may be locked inside, unfortunately when searched there was nothing. Still there a chances that when door opened the cat shifted to another room from hole.

    I believe there is a simple explanation, simple but yet powerful. The explanation may be in the fact that room was empty at the time of incident. The room was used as store and just before Diwali almost everything was removed for washing. Somehow the gas pressure may build because of temperature difference that may explode during night hours.

    Hope the explanation may explain the ghost activity, still I am thrilled to visit home as soon as possible. If possible will try to capture.

    Its may be a lucky day and I may know how I will react when see a GHOST!!

YES MY MOTHER IS WOMEN ... . .. . JUST WOMEN

    Few months back when I was talking with a girl, on the all time hot topic 'Rape', somehow the statistics came into argument that out of 3, 1 man is rapist (survey).

    And the beautiful truth was, she never seen any rapist, at her home, her father & brother are saint, surprisingly husband too. Almost every women has father, brother & husband. If the survey we believe, one out of father/brother/husband must be rapist.

    No I have no concern about the statistics, atleast not now. But my concern is one believe his or her relatives are saint, while all other are criminal, this taught is against humanity. Such statements comes when I am not neutral, and a biased mind can't give me a proper and justified behaviour.

    If she believe most men are rapist, it is her duty to consider her father & brother & every men in her relation.

    Same apply on me too. If i consider domestic violence or rape by women on men, I am duty bound to accept the domestic violence on my father.

    Yes My Mother is Women & she can be accused of Domestic Violence against my Father, doesn't matter if I accept of not.

WHAT IS BAIL ?

    BAIL : Bail is a kind of property deposition to court so that suspect can be released during trail. Bail can be either Anticipatory bail or Regular bail.

    In India granting bail is common but bail may not be offered by some courts under some circumstances, for instance, if the accused is considered likely not to appear for trial regardless of bail. Legislatures may also set out certain crimes to be not bailable, such as capital crimes.

    Anticipatory bail (AB) : Indian criminal law under section 438 has provision for for anticipatory bail. Anyone can seek bail in anticipation of an arrest on accusation of having committed a non-bailable offence. AB is a directive to release a person on bail even before the arrested. In simple words AB is bail in advance or before arrest. The applicant must show by facts and events that he believe, he may be arrested for a non-bailable offence. AB is not blanket order, it is specific for a particular offence. And a few conditions can be imposed as per the facts by magistrate.
   
    When someone seek AB the opposite part get notification about application and party has right to contest or public prosecutor can do the same.
    

    Anticipatory Bail can be granted by Sessions Courts,High Courts and Supreme Court. AB is valid as long as it is not cancelled or till the end of trial.

    Regular bail of Bail (RB) : Regular bail is property deposited to a court so that suspect can be release from jail, with the condition that the suspect will return for trial.


    A few important points about Bail

• SC says AB is valid till the end of trial and there is no need of regular bail.
• AB can be accepted by Session or High Courts.
• Once AB is accepted it is necessary to fill bail bonds.
• Once Charge-sheet is submitted, court can ask for a fresh application to grant Regular bail. That time the best will be convert AB into regular bail otherwise magistrate can send the person into Judicial custody (although SC judgment says AB is valid till the end of trial and there is no need of Regular Bail but practically magistrate ask).
• RB is normally accepted after AB.

NOTE : SC and HC's have various self contradictory views, intricacies will differ from case to case and for any specific case members are always welcome to attend local chapter meetings.

BLACK MAGIC 002 - MEDIA & BLACK MAGIC

    A Day back I had written on BLACK MAGIC.

    Now the question is why I need to write on BLACK-MAGIC ?

    Specially when I don't know what exactly it is, even I am not in position to tell if such thing really exist. Even if i am not in position to tell if I believe in BLACK MAGIC or not. Still i felt I should write on the topic.

    Yes, the answer is media (TV channels). Yesterday early morning when I switched on TV, on ABP NEWS I saw a broadcast (probably LIVE DEBATE). Normally I avoid ABP & NDTV (because both are anti-male) & few more channels, but unfortunately I was busy in other stuff so the channel stayed ON for 2 or 3 minutes.

    What I saw was an anchor with a lady or weeping lady was shouting on a gentleman (from some institute). The issue was about two young ladies (well educated & adult). The lady on TV channel was claiming that her two daughters were kidnapped by an institute (probably NGO), with the help of 'SAMMOHAN'.

    Now what is sammohan, everyone know I don't need to describe. The attitude of Anchor was like he is judge and gentleman from institute is criminal. And the interesting part was JUDGE/ANCHOR was declaring the gentleman a criminal and only proof was the 'lady is WEEPING'.

    In short no logic no argument just judgment that two young ladies were kidnapped by institute with SAMMOHAN. These are the same channel who generally talk against such things like BLACK-MAGIC, SAMMOHAN etc, but when a lady claim with weeping face, the same become ultimate evidence for them.

    I am unable to understand if anchor really believe or understand what is sammohan and how it work. What they want to show ? The something which such news channels declare rubbish, suddenly they start believing to support a weeping lady. Govt of India (or state govt like Rajasthan & Maharashtra) can pass a Law to punish people spreading for spreading words on BLACK-MAGIC but unable to take action against such channel.

    Today our govt or society, not ready to take action against ANTI-MALE attitude, therefore every men is duty bound to stop watching.

    NEED TO BOYCOTT ABP & OTHER ANTI-MALE NEWS CHANNELS.

BLACK MAGIC

    I read a lot of Books, even a common men can read more then that. I have personal library of more then 1000 printed books & more then 10,000 e-books. The collection has all type of books. But the biggest collection I have is those having some kind of super natural or scientific power. For example BLACK MAGIC, VAMPIRES, TIME TRAVELLING, SCIENTIFIC GADGETS etc.

    Does that mean I believe in BLACK MAGIC ?

    I would not say YES of NO. Not because I am confused, but just because I won't give a blank statement about something which I don't even know.

    Science yes I know about science, but it will be extreme if i say yes I know each and everything about science. I am scientist by profession as well as by nature, but I know just a fraction of it, just a fraction. People believe in science mostly deny the existence of BLACK MAGIC. Yes I have seen many people saying they believe in science and there is no such thing like BLACK MAGIC.

    BLACK MAGIC, I don't know exactly what it is, even I don't know if such thing exist. In that case if i say YES or NO that will be my ignorance. But If i say there is something, which we don't even understand and that can be BLACK MAGIC. The statement can be true, but partial.

    Just partial because I have seen a document which talk about the DEATH of Mr. A (my father). And the document was written even 17 or 18 year before his death. The time mentioned in document is same with the error bar of 10 days. The document is still safe with me, and this document is proof that there is something which I don't understand. There is something which tells us what is hidden is future, does not matter if I can read or understand, but future exist. Handful of people can read and understand, may be partially, but they can.

    Many people will deny, by saying it is matter of chances. Yes they can, they have every right of saying this, not because they know everything but because they have every right to explain as per their understanding.

    Does that mean now I believe in BLACK MAGIC ?

    As I said i wont say YES or NO. But there is something I don't even understand, and I would like to learn and understand one day.

    NOTE : I AM NOT SUGGESTING TO FOLLOW BABA AND TANTRIKS.

G : Yes you have finished. The argument of Mother & Sister is last one people use. And when someone speak this I say I WON.

G : If you have any other logic to continue the conversation please share.

K : Your Mother & Sister are women and they are my argument here.

G : Yes they are women and first they are women after that anything else. Their safety can have its own importance but father's brother's & son's safety has equal importance for me. So if you have any other argument left with you speak now.

K : hmm .. ..m mm ...

G : I can't kill my brothers & father and that is equally important for me.

G : So you lost ?

TIME IS THE GOD

    GOD Exist ?

    What is form of GOD ?

    Where GOD Live ?

   There are many questions, even uncountable, but no answer. May be people get answer. Some get answer in Ramayana, Some get in Bible, or Quran, or Gita, few get in Guru Granth Sahib. But the important thing is one get answer in Bible didn't get in Ramayana. Why ?

    Probably they don't get answer in Books but they get in their believe. If i am Muslim I will see god in Quran, only in Quran and if i am Hindu I don't see god in Quran, just because their believe is just static.

    I may be wrong but, still the truth is the only immortal thing (not even solid) is TIME. Yes time has no end, it run everyday with same speed, nothing can interrupt, nothing can stop it, does not matter what happen time run with same speed. One said only GOD is immortal, so TIME is GOD.

    Yes Time is responsible for construction, destruction, change both minor or major ... . . nothing happen without time, not even a seed grow. Time provide justice, time give punishment, time tell me its time to leave the planet earth (death), time tell me I am nothing even if I think I am something. In short time do all the things necessary and on right moment, then why we need to find a GOD which will die one day ?

    Somnath Bharti, remember the name ?

    Once he was a Lawyer, then he was Minister and finally he is Criminal (Lawyer -> Minister -> Criminal -> ?). Status change with time, he has seen both Good and Bad time. What will be next no-one knows. Hope he will come back sooner or later. Once he demanded a specific Law from Justice Verma, today he is criminal under similar Law. That prove no-one is untouched by time, no-one doesn't matter what he or she think. When time come one will get punishment or reward for his doing.

    Once I was very innocent men, today I am criminal (no I am not talking about court cases, I am talking about criminal mind). Once she was committing crime by assuming nothing can damage her, today facing criminal charges. No matter what we thing, our status change with time.

    TIME do the things we believe only GOD can do or should do, still we deny the existence of time. WHY ?

    TIME IS THE GOD.

ANDROID APPLICATION FROM DAMAN : DAMAN WEEKLY

    Daman Welfare Society Launched second ANDROID APPLICATION to interact with people around the GLOBE. This application is developed for the organisers of meetings, to keep track of participants.

    The application has 5 screens :

SCREEN 1 : The very first screen is just a boot screen. When the user launch application  it shows a welcome message and also interact with daman resources, if mobile's data services are on. In case data services are off, still application work in offline mode.

SCREEN 2 : Once the application ready to use, it shows a list of existing records date wise. By clicking on any item detail of that particular meeting can be seen. Apart from record there are three switches.

    START : The switch can be used to start a new meeting. The only limitation in 'ONE MEETING PER DAY'. As soon as a meeting created it appear in list. Member can be add in meeting from detail of meeting screen.

    MEMBER : The switch can be used to see the list of registered members ONLINE or OFFLINE. For online users the application search GLOBAL database, while the OFFLINE member can be added by the user.

    REPORT : The switch shows the report about a particular member or chapter. This function can be used only if user/member is registered with DAMAN.

    

DAMAN WEEKLY -  Start Screen

SCREEN 3 : Third Screen appear when user click on an item in the List to see the details of a particular meeting. The screen shows details of members in meeting. The detail shows the date and time of meeting, name, mobile numbers, email id & registration ID of members. The registration number can be GLOBAL of LOCAL.

    JOIN :  When a new member join meeting, he or she can be added by using the the switch. When click on the switch it ask for mobile number. For old members his registered mobile number can be used and for new members his mobile, which he wish to register can be given.

    SYNC : The switch is to SYNC meeting details to prepare reports. This function is available only for registered users of DAMAN.

DAMAN WEEKLY - Meeting Screen

SCREEN 4 : When user click on MEMBER switch, next screen appear which shows the list of registered members., both GLOBAL and LOCAL. The screen has 2 more switches :

    SYNC : The function available for registered DAMAN users. This can be used to get GLOBAL list of registered members, as well as to make locally registered members to GLOBAL.

    ADD MEMBER : The switch can be used to add new members locally.  The switch ask for Name, Mobile number (without zero or +91), email and  ID. ID is a unique number which can be any for locally registered members, and for globally registered members DAMAN decide the ID. For example DAMAN use 'DM-0020' but Haryana people can use HY-0001 or Delhi people can use DL-0001.

SCREEN 5 : The screen appear when user click on REPORT switch from main screen. the screen shows the detailed report card of chapter as well as globally registered members.  To get REPORT card it is necessary to registered with DAMAN.

A FALSE SENSE OF SACRIFICE

What is Sacrifice ?

    "A sacrifice is a loss or something you give up, usually for the sake of a better cause."

    A few examples are Subhash Chandra Boss, Mahatma Gandhi, Bhagat Singh, Mangal Pandey etc. We are lucky enough because we have unlimited example, we can't count them. Neither we can count nor we can return what we received.

    But the most unfortunate is today the names we can't count are not recent but all those names are from past. Today thousands of people claim their sacrifice but actually it is nothing but a false sense.

    Just a day back someone claimed women/wife sacrifice for husband and kids. I am Surprised, how this is possible, specially when day to day life shows otherwise.

    No-one is behind in showing his or her sacrifice. Man claim his sacrifice for women and women claim her sacrifice for men. Unfortunately no-one bother for the claimed sacrifice by men, so we don't need to talk about that. But sacrifices by women is an issue which everyone is trying to encash.

    What women sacrifice for men and kids :

1. CARRIER : First and most important claim is carrier. It can be important, if she really do that. Unfortunately when I visit 'family courts' what i see is a very long line of well educated women (doctor, engineer, teacher etc) asking for money from husband because they are not able to work. Lakhs are there resign from the job for money. This scenario is enough to prove that most women not interested in carrier or job, but they wanted to sit idle. WHAT A GREAT SACRIFICE ?
2. TIME & MONEY FOR KIDS : Kids don't come in this world by their wish, but they born after parents wish. It is their duty to provide environment which can help them to grow freely. Nothing time or money can be sacrifice for kids, it is parents duty. DUTY CAN'T BE SACRIFICE.
3. INDEPENDENCE FOR MEN & KIDS : Every individual in this world is INDEPENDENT at the same time he depends on other too. Now this dependence force him to live in society. Society provide safety as well as facilities at the cost of independence, or atlease limited independence. If individual don't follow the rules of society, he or she is free to leave. Still if someone living in society that only show he needs society more then society need him. So How the limited independence can be sacrifice when individual choose it to facilitate himself. Same apply on husband & wife too.
4. GENERATION : Giving birth to kids is painful. But the role is given to females by MOTHER/FATHER nature. No-one can change it. Limited possibility is changing gender with the help of modern medical science. How a natural process can be sacrifice ?

    The list is endless because the claims are endless, but really there is no sacrifice by women. Women is in matrimonial relation for her own benefits. She is free to walk on no-marriage path, no-one can force her. But the claim is just to pressurize individuals. And the most unfortunate condition is men is liberal enough to glorify her claims.

    The same apply on Men too, but as I said noone care for the claim by men. It will be useless to comment on it.

    Time has come when both gender need to understand, there is no future in false claims. Best it step on free path, achieve real independence.

PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT

    MINISTRY OF WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT working on prenuptial agreement. Most of us not familiar with such agreement.

    Here are few important points :

1. Prenuptial agreement is contract between two individuals before marriage.

2. In India prenuptial agreement neither legal nor valid.

3. In India courts consider such agreement only when divorce granted in 13B. 

4. Govt of India need to change matrimonial Law to make prenuptial agreement possible.

    Such agreement can be very useful when it is not biased, specially when agreement is done by individuals after considering their rights. Here as a Men I don't have any right in matrimonial Dispute, even most people don't even know the legal aspects of marriage, therefore such agreements will be nothing more then a blunder.

DISADVANTAGE :
    As per discussion on various leading channel the motive comes-out behind prenuptial is to provide easy maintenance to women. Today to get maintenance women has to prove in court that she was not at fault. She has to prove the fault by husband. After prenuptial it doesn't matter if she is at fault or he is. She will get money.

    Such agreement wont help is criminal cases filled by wife like IPC 498A & CrPC 125.

    As per my best knowledge she will be allowed to file multiple maintenance cases under various maintenance law like CrPC 125, HMA 24, Section 18 etc.

    Husband or Men not going to get any relief with such prenuptial agreement. Reason is very simple. Draft is prepared under guidance of honorable minister who just one week back openly showed her HATE toward a specific gender.

    We are not sure what will happen with the agreement if circumstances change. For example if I am rich businessmen I can afford an agreement with Mercedes, what will happen if circumstances change and I am not in fit position to afford a cycle ?

    Marriage will be a business for most just like IPC 376.

ADVANTAGES :-
    I can see one advantage of prenuptial agreement. Men will see and may be study the side effect of marriage. Money orientation behind marriage will be clear well before marriage.

    There is one more advantage Men will be stay far from Marriage, which is need of time. 


    But prenuptial agreement can be really useful if the following points considered :

1. Fix a formula for maintenance irrespective of GENDER.
• Make sure no-one sit idle.
• No Multiple Maintenance Law & Cases
• Consider the contribution of both.
• Time period in wedlock must be considered.
2. Shared Child custody should be default option.
3. Responsibilities of both irrespective of GENDER should be noted down. Not only monetary but ...  .... also.
4. Before signing prenuptial education about Law must be given to both irrespective of GENDER.

    There can be many more points but in current circumstances I find such agreement useless, because it is another biased (anti-male) effort by GOI. Today I see this as modified IrBM in form of Prenuptial agreement.

    Under these circumstances I am forced advice boycott of marriage unless she is ready to SIGN on NO-MAINTENENCE & SHARED PARENTING agreement.

MORNING ALARM

    Every morning an alarm wake me up. Normally  I switch off the alarm and go to bad again. I can understand most of us will say This happen with most of us.

    I don't care if it is bad good or normal, but I think if I switch off alarm and go to bad again, it only show that we are late. Before sleeping I set alarm, I was having something in my mind, in morning I switched off, that means I may not be getting enough time for that something.

    Just a year back an incident happened in Rohtak. Most of people stand-up for the brave sisters. Suddenly most of the standing people disappear, because they found the act was not of their bravery, but it was a shame for entire country.

    Just couple of days back another act of bravery witnessed by India, latter it was found act of shame again.

    There are many more hidden acts of bravery, but actually act of shame for entire country, but because of media attention or may be lack of public support it didn't noticed.

    All these incidents are nothing but morning alarm for Indian men to wake up from misandry and fight for their own right. Unfortunately most of us choose to switch it off and go to sleep again.

    Soon many will understand they lost the precious time. But it is never late but it would be great if we wake up soon.

2015-09-04 : A NIGHT WITH TOP AUTHORITY OF DAMAN WELFARE SOCIETY

ADULT CONTENT

    Today after lunch when we were waiting ... ... or may be just passing time a question rise ... . .. . A Reputed Singer (Honey Singh) why he sing songs which may be classified as VULGAR.

    I don't know who really can decide if his songs are Vulgar or Decent ? But I thing there is no such thing which is vulgar, its just what my mind reply. Anything can have adult content for me at the same time it can be nothing just normal. A top less women can be adult or same time it can be artistic. I am not saying anything about shirtless MEN ... because no-one care about men.

    And my mind reply what society teach me from the first day, I born. Two different kids, grow in two different society, one grow in slum and he use a language which looks like abusive, and second kid grow in upperclass / middelclass he even feel shamed when try to use same language. Language or word used are same but one feel proud, while second feel guilty. Who will decide who is right ?

    There is fair argument that kids also listen songs. Is this really a fair argument ? Today we live in virtual world where every type of content available. A kid can read or listen that is not the matter what Honey Singh or anyone provide, but its matter of how parents filter the content. Unfortunately the filtering is not to provide a balanced growth to kid, but it is to trained the kid so that he can learn to feed them when they are old, to protect members of house, specially women.

    Why Honey Singh should not sing, which may be vulgar or adult ? He is a singer. He provide entertainment for all, then why not for adult, adult also like him, they have every right to get suitable content from him ?

    Most of such discussing finally come at the point where one says "WHAT YOU WILL THINK OR DO IF SOMEONE USE ABUSIVE LANGUAGE FOR YOUR SISTER/MOTHER".

    This always happen, today was not different. But this single statement clear each and everything. Society need soldiers to protect (specially women). Such blind soldier can be prepared only with a trained mind, just trained to do the things without even knowing what they are doing. Society don't allow us to grow freely, but we are trained to protect just protect just like SLAVE just SLAVE. And that is what we do .. .... .. .every thing or discussion finish at  what if this happen to WOMEN AT YOUR HOME .. .. . .. .. . I don't know when MEN will understand he is on EARTH to live not to protect WOMEN or to feed them.

    Half of the world is SLAVE to rest HALF.

But WHY I can't understand ... ...

Excitement  for a FEMALE may be fine but for a MALE its questionable. No-One rise the question because from deep inside we all are feminist.

Why Female should he HAPPY :-

1. Gifts Given by Brothers.
2. Gift (free bus travel) by Govt.
3. Gift (additional mahila police stations) by Govt.
4. Many more schemes from Center & Stat Govt.

Why MALE should not be HAPPY :-

1. Buy Gifts for SISTERS by hard earned money.
2. Promise to PROTECT her at any cost, even LIFE too.
3. Free Travell from Govt .. .. . .. ..  Oh SORRY its MALE so no gift.
4. More Mhila Thane for ROHTAK-SISTERS & DELHI REDLIGHT LIKE Incidents.

    In short there is nothing for a MALE on RAKSHABANDAN except GIVING. Yes many will argue something like BROTHER-SISTER Love. But I need HAZMOLA to understand if there is love why it should come-out on a specific DAY. Love is matter of everyday nothing special for a DAY.

    The day actually  was started by FEMALE for FEMALE (RAKSHABANDAN is threat on EQUALITY).

    Wake-up there is nothing for MALE today.

SEX AFTER DINNER

    As per judgment from 'High Court'  .. .. .. a women is not entitled to get maintenence after divorce if she can't control her sex desire.

    I don't know the details of cases but what I know is this judgment is perfact. Yes there are people (feminists) who oppose or atleast disagree with the judgment, but I think its a good judgment.

    Why ?

    Almost everyone know three basic/primary requirements are FOOD, CLOTHS, HOUSE. Yes Sex is also natural, but it comes after dinner. If i have nothing to eat, I even wont think about sex.

    Now if I believe I have enough for three basic requirements, then I can think about sex. But still the question remain is with whom ? Choice is either Live-in or entirely randomly selected person. In both cases one need to be bold enough, at-least in India.

    Now assume a lady find sex partner, then the question rise is, if a lady can find sex-partner why she is not able to find a JOB ? And if she can find JOB why she need money from Ex-Husband ?

    Its surprising she is able to make arrangements for the natural need which is not even primary, but she need to depend on Mr. X for primary needs.

    Nature itself deny SEX if I can't make arrangement for PRIMARY NEEDS, and the hon'ble court just followed the natural justice.

MY REAL ENEMY

    Yes I am looking for my real enemy.

    But Why ?

    Answer is very simple yet difficult to explain. Just yesterday when i was trying to sleep (a routine for Sunday), suddenly a beep from my mobile awake me. The bad luck was I decided to check the message. Yes now I can say it was my bad luck that I decided to check the message at place of sleeping peacefully.

    Message was long enough and I find it unnecessary to paste here ... .. in short message was to get donation for girl's education. Unnecessary to say the first attempt was trying to delete as soon as possible.

    Just for a moment i though why I should donate for a cause which is not even to provide equal opportunities, irrespective of gender ?

    Soon I get the answer. And answer was YES. Yes I should donate for the education of a specific gender.

    Many (feminist) will be happy from this statement, but as soon as they will read next line a big disappointment waiting for them.

    My view is I should donate for the education of a specific gender, when the gender is MALE.

    Surprised ?

    Yeas dear you understand right. I am talking about donation for boy's education at place of girl's education.

    Happy ?

    No ?

    Let me explain why I should donate for MALE kid's education. Here in India we have a specific mindset as well as social arrangements. See this :

    Here men is projected as oppressor and women as victim,but today when i visit market, I am not talking about big cities, I am talking about small cities or town, what i can see is men wean more clothes then women.

    How the size of cloth can be a measure of society ?

    Yes. It can be specially if I am the same men as projected by almost everyone, How i can allow Ms. X to cross the limit.

    At-least I am not able to understand how this double slandered working within me, one side I have all control on Ms. X and same time I can't stop her wearing or walking almost or half nude.

    Yes someone can say that is what I like to see her, but I find it extreme to say i wanted to see my daughter or sister nude or half nude. If don't believe just try to say something to Mr. Y's sister of daughter, depending on the content it will be difficult to come back home in one peace. Yes this is common here in India, we (excluding me) are ready to protect our sister and mother or any lady at any cost.

    Here society think its men who provide food and other things for family. Yes anyone can object, before that please read this :

    Please show me one case where court said providing is duty of women and men can sit at home.  But I am familiar with a men who is disable and his wife is healthy, till court sent him jail because of he was not able to earn for her maintenance.

    Please introduce me one lady (well educated and earning) who married with unemployed men. Reverse I can show as many as anyone ask.

    Please show me one rich men, who was rejected because of his drinking habits. But I can show many rich men who drink heavy still married. Just because here parents first see the source of income then other things.

    Please introduce me a lady whose solo target is to do something. Yes I know there are few but not more the a handful. Most of ladies don't have any other target then study and marry a rich or earning person.

    Please introduce me a lady who think her father is a bad men just like her husband. Even I know a lady who claim one out of three men is rapist, but her 2 brother and father are saint (my view is out of 3, 1 should be rapist).

    Please show me ... ... ...

    Yes my dear we are living in a society where almost every responsibility is loaded on men, even if the family has dispute the responsibility lie with men only. Still we wanted to ignore men's education and promote women's education ?

    No I don't support this, I don't oppose girl's education but I find boy's education more important and more useful, thats why I can donate for boy's education but deny for girl's education. In-fact I am donating for boy's education from past many years, but now onward I can do it with proper logic and strength.

    And if I fail to do so just because it is not fair for other gender (female), I will do injustice with MALE and i will be biggest enemy of my gender.

    Time to think about girl's education is over, we need to focus on boy's education, specially the education which can help them come out of slavery. Boy need freedom and we can do this together.
