MY REAL ENEMY

    Yes I am looking for my real enemy.

    But Why ?

    Answer is very simple yet difficult to explain. Just yesterday when i was trying to sleep (a routine for Sunday), suddenly a beep from my mobile awake me. The bad luck was I decided to check the message. Yes now I can say it was my bad luck that I decided to check the message at place of sleeping peacefully.

    Message was long enough and I find it unnecessary to paste here ... .. in short message was to get donation for girl's education. Unnecessary to say the first attempt was trying to delete as soon as possible.

    Just for a moment i though why I should donate for a cause which is not even to provide equal opportunities, irrespective of gender ?

    Soon I get the answer. And answer was YES. Yes I should donate for the education of a specific gender.

    Many (feminist) will be happy from this statement, but as soon as they will read next line a big disappointment waiting for them.

    My view is I should donate for the education of a specific gender, when the gender is MALE.

    Surprised ?

    Yeas dear you understand right. I am talking about donation for boy's education at place of girl's education.

    Happy ?

    No ?

    Let me explain why I should donate for MALE kid's education. Here in India we have a specific mindset as well as social arrangements. See this :

    Here men is projected as oppressor and women as victim,but today when i visit market, I am not talking about big cities, I am talking about small cities or town, what i can see is men wean more clothes then women.

    How the size of cloth can be a measure of society ?

    Yes. It can be specially if I am the same men as projected by almost everyone, How i can allow Ms. X to cross the limit.

    At-least I am not able to understand how this double slandered working within me, one side I have all control on Ms. X and same time I can't stop her wearing or walking almost or half nude.

    Yes someone can say that is what I like to see her, but I find it extreme to say i wanted to see my daughter or sister nude or half nude. If don't believe just try to say something to Mr. Y's sister of daughter, depending on the content it will be difficult to come back home in one peace. Yes this is common here in India, we (excluding me) are ready to protect our sister and mother or any lady at any cost.

    Here society think its men who provide food and other things for family. Yes anyone can object, before that please read this :

    Please show me one case where court said providing is duty of women and men can sit at home.  But I am familiar with a men who is disable and his wife is healthy, till court sent him jail because of he was not able to earn for her maintenance.

    Please introduce me one lady (well educated and earning) who married with unemployed men. Reverse I can show as many as anyone ask.

    Please show me one rich men, who was rejected because of his drinking habits. But I can show many rich men who drink heavy still married. Just because here parents first see the source of income then other things.

    Please introduce me a lady whose solo target is to do something. Yes I know there are few but not more the a handful. Most of ladies don't have any other target then study and marry a rich or earning person.

    Please introduce me a lady who think her father is a bad men just like her husband. Even I know a lady who claim one out of three men is rapist, but her 2 brother and father are saint (my view is out of 3, 1 should be rapist).

    Please show me ... ... ... 

    Please show me ... ... ... 

    Please show me ... ... ...  

    Yes my dear we are living in a society where almost every responsibility is loaded on men, even if the family has dispute the responsibility lie with men only. Still we wanted to ignore men's education and promote women's education ?

    No I don't support this, I don't oppose girl's education but I find boy's education more important and more useful, thats why I can donate for boy's education but deny for girl's education. In-fact I am donating for boy's education from past many years, but now onward I can do it with proper logic and strength.

    And if I fail to do so just because it is not fair for other gender (female), I will do injustice with MALE and i will be biggest enemy of my gender.

    Time to think about girl's education is over, we need to focus on boy's education, specially the education which can help them come out of slavery. Boy need freedom and we can do this together.

SUPER COMMANDO DHRUVA & SHAKTI - OUR SUPER HEROES

    My Childhood is gone, still it is hidden somewhere deep. Probably that's why when and where I get time and space I read kid stories.

    Today I am not able to recall who was my favorite super hero, probably I was not too fond of comics and comic super heroes. Still I can recall a few comic chracters like Chacha Choudhary, Pinky, Billo etc.

    Today suddenly I get one comic book from Internet 'DHRUVA-SHAKTI'. It action based multi starer comic. Lead character are Super-Commando-Dhruva & Shakti. Plot/Story/Art all good, but I can't say same about characters of Super Heroes. Many may like specially kids can enjoy. But I feel no kid should read such comics. Why ?

    SUPER COMMANDO DHRUVA : When we see the comic and content it good comic. But the comic has little biased thought. I said little, because its not something we can notice but deep inside, hidden its biased. If someone study dhruva he/she may find him a normal men with sharp mind, strong body and best or sometime impossible skills, these skills again enhanced by science and electronics. But the best part is hero save everyone men/women/kid without worrying about gender. Then why I said Dhruva is biased ? Yes deep inside Dhruva is inspired from the femnist thought that he should not beat ladies. Yes Dhruva beat men with every drop of will, but when it comes to ladies he don't. The same he said many time in many comics. Many kids may learn to be biased from Dhruva. Probably most of us who support 'not to beat women' get inspiration from Dhruva. Its dangerous but same time I would say everything is little biased, so Dhruva is, and we can read SCD comics with caution.

    SHAKTI : This is worst super hero I have seen so far. As per my best knowledge Shakti is one and only one 'Action Female Super Hero' from India, and its worst. No I am not talking about art or plot or story, I am talking about the thought behind Shakti. Shakti born from hate yes Hate against Men. Hate toward men is base behind Shakti. Probably that's why Shakti is most biased, she has powers give by God but she don't use it to save men, she use only to save Female. Even many time she use it to save a Bad Female from Good Male. Good or Bad doesn't have any meaning but the only thing matter is MALE vs FEMALE. I don't know who is creater of Shakti and I may surprise once I know.

    Today we have a lot of modern ways and tools for entertainment, but 20 or 30 year back comic was one of the leading entertainment specially for kids.And result is we .... we the people who don't think twice before supporting #MartialRape and other biased Law as well as debates against Men. But when it is about some unknown Female we are out on road with candle.

    Hope our generation will understand and soon the time will change and we will get real super heroes working toward human being not for Male or Female.

CONVERSATION 009 :: STARING

Recently I traveled in Train-General Class. As there was nothing to see so just listening music and watching what is outside from window. I was not at window seat and a bad looking lady was sitting at window seat, thats why this happened.

She : Hey Stop staring at me

Me : What (after removing headphone)

She : Stop staring at me otherwise .... ....

Me : Have you seen Mirror.

She : What !!

Me : Why anyone would stare at you when I have a lot more outside window.

She : Grrrr ... (trying to remove sandal)

Other : Ha Ha Ha Ha

Lucky Enough I am safe.

I Don't Want to be RAM or RAVAN

     Who is RAM & RAVAN ?

    Most  of us already know.

    If someone don't know. RAVAN is a mythological character or a vilien and RAM is hero of same story.

    Now a days a short story circulating in social media. First I thought I should say please don't send me such nonsense. Second thought let then send how it can affect me or change me, when I am sure I am not wrong. Does not matter if I am right but I am not wrong that is sure.

    But it is not just about me, its about all of us. Today most members from our society are not ready to use their own mind but they just read and assume the written massage is correct. They don't even bother to think. In many cases this may be the only option specially where the expert's view play the lead role, but for other issues own mind may find a better conclusion.

    Let us see what the story is

A pregnant mother asked her daughter

Mother:- What do u want- A brother or a sister?“

Daughter:- Brother

Mother:- Like whom?
 

Daughter:- Like RAVAN

Mother:- What the hell are you saying? Are you out of your mind?
 

 Daughter:- Why not Mom? He left all his Royalship & Kingdom, all because his sister was disrespected.  Even after picking up his enemy’s wife, he didn’t ever touch her. Why wouldn’t I want to have a brother like him?  What would I do with a brother like Ram who left his pregnant wife after listening to a “Dhobi” though his wife always stood by his side like a shadow? After giving “Agni Pareeksha” & suffering 14 years of exile.  Mom, you being a wife & sister to someone, until when will you keep on asking for a “RAM” as your son??? Mother was in tears.

    For me this story spreading nothing but Feminism. Its poison for a man. How ? Let us see what I learn from this conversation :

1. A Girl want a brother (#Men) so that he can protect her.
2. A Girl want brother so that he can feed her mother.
3. A Girl want brother so that he can scarify everything he has including his life for her respect (not even life).
4. Ravan is Good because he lost everything for a women.
5. Ram is not good because he listen a men (Dhobi).

    This story nowhere tell a men 'live your own life' but focused only on to protect women. 

    Why ?

    I am a free man not a bodyguard or slave.

    There are thousands of similar stories. Such stories are main source of poison in our mind. A man born free but soon he start thinking, he was born to protect a women. Just got memory of a true incident from my city :

    A lady came back from college and complaint against a men to her brother and brother's friends. These 6 men immediately went to nearby village where they beat the men and then kidnapped him. After couple of hours the men got free and all 6 men went to jail now the matter is in court and if we just ignore the corruption and look at evidences and eye-witnesses all 6 will spend minimum 10 year behind bar.

    For What ?

    No-one knows if the complain by lady was false or true. If we see the statistics, more then 70% chances are 'the complain is false'. But 7 person going to spend golden part of their life behind bar. Yes 7 not 6, seventh person is the men who was kidnapped, lady now launched a complaint against him in section 354, 382 ... etc.

      Such act by a men against men is not because this is his duty but it is because society (specially women) need someone to protect them, someone should die at place of them. And with such stories society trained us to scarify everything we have for a ........

 

     That's why I Don't Want to b RAM or RAVAN, I just wanted to be me, living own life.

BLIND FOLLOWERS #SelfieWithKids

    Once a great person told me : 


    "Follow me but with Open Eyes"

    I was a kid may not be able to understand what he was trying to tell. Even I understand this at the age of 40 Year. The understanding didn't came without reason, I understand after an incident.

    Couple of days back when i was toggling TV Channels suddenly I saw an add on F**** News Channel where channel was asking Selfie with daughters (Only Daughters not Kid). It remind me my childhood. I grow-up with two sisters. Once it happened that one or both sister (can't recall) went to some relative for marriage function but because of exam I could not. I stayed back but my all attention was in marriage only.

    I was lucky that i born and grow when social media and mobile was not available. But what if my Father or Mother try to get  selfie with sisters and post it somewhere on social media but for me a complete denial ?

    I was shocked to see the add on F***** News but I get really shocked when our PM Mr. N. Modi asked the same and lakhs of parents posted selfie without even thinking how their kids will respond to this ?

    Once I was Kid thats why I can think what a Male Kid will think about his sister as well as his parents. He may not speak but the dark is long life.

    Hope God will help him and He will understand we are not living in Free Society but living in a Society where most of us are BLIND FOLLOWERS.

    I am ashamed that I elected ... ... ... ...

    It is time When We should Choose #SelfieWithKids over #SelfieWithDaughter

PERJURY

PERJURY -- In simple words a man/women lied (he must know he/she is lying) after taking oath or when testifying in court through legal/affidavit document. Important point to be remember is the lie should be of the nature which can affect justice. In short there are three points which can attract perjury :

• The statement should be when witness is bound by oath.
• Witness must know that he/she is lying.
• The lie should be of the nature that it can affect justice.

Examples :
 

• Lie about marriage ... 
• Income of any spouse 
• List of articles given during marriage 
• False witness about the presence of at certain place, date and time.
• Lie about employment. Specially in CrPC 125.
• Date and Time of some Incident.
• Date and Time about Last Stay together.
• Two contradictory statements

    Important in every lie can't attract perjury, specially those lies which can't affect the justice. For example :--
 

• I am 40 year old but actually I am 42 year old. Now this can't attract perjury (it can where the age matter like juvenile crimes).
• I have 3 yr experience in C++, JAVA ... but actually I have 5 yr experience
• I Drink Wine regularly .... but actually I drink occasionally.

HOW TO FILE PERJURY --

BAR of CrPC 195 ::  In CrPC 195 any private complaint dealing with offences under section 192, 193 ... 196, 199, 200, 2005, 206 ... 211. When such offenses have been committed complain can be moved to the same court or higher court.


CrPC 340 and CrPC 341 :: Court can suo-motto if court/magistrate fee it is miscarriage of justice or court can take action on an application.


NOTE :: COURT IS NOT BOUND TO TAKE ACTION.


NOTE :: Punished can be upto seven years or upto 10 year if perjury was committed to bring the accused to imprisonment of life or death penalty.

I NEED PROTECTION FROM SUCH PEOPLES

    I am living in a society which don't loose single chance to speak and spread hate against Men. Recently Mr. X had give public statement that Any Women can Kill Men to save herself from Rape and there won't be any Murder Case. This statement not only given by a person siting at higher position but the fact which make it serious is : 

    1. Murder in Self Defence is not only for Female but equally apply on Male too. What If I kill wife & Family to protect me & my family  ?

    2. Today more then 70 % Rape cases are not real they are Fake. Does that mean these 70 % men should kill women to protect himself from Fake Rape Case ?

    3. This person is appointed to protect society (Male & Female both part of society) not to protect Female only. But his intention is clear.

    4. Mr. X is posted at a position where he must study or Learn Law. Yes there is a Clause for Murder in Self Defence but it is not as simple as he said in his statement. First check the following :
        a) Plz check this clause applicable only when Life in Danger.
        b) Plz check court has to decide if this clause applicable.
        c) Plz check who is responsible to prove the applicability of clause.
        d) ...
        e) ...


    But my worry is not Legal but my worry is about Mindset. Mr. X has a mind in which Female is Angel and Male is Evil and there are lakhs of such people around me. And I need protection from such people.

    Before this statement a lady could blackmale me by saying "PAY ...... or be ready for fake RAPE CHARGES"

    After this statement any lady can blackmale me by saying "PAY .... or I will KILL you and enjoy FREEDOM by claiming You was RAPIST"

    Yes I need protection from such ladies but first I need protection from SUCH PEOPLE.
